“借钱也要保证初级卫生保健工作今年达标”,这是该市市长邓星瑞同志在近日召开的市初级卫生保健委员会会议上所作的承诺。洪江市的初级卫生保健工作在市委市政府的高度重视下,经过有关部门的努力工作取得了可喜的成绩,1992年12月经地区初级卫生保健审评组审评已基本达标,为了在初保的内涵和质量上下功夫,保证年内达标,市政府采取了以下7条有力措施:
