美丽硬仆骨舌鱼(Scleropages formosus)是一种古老的具有很高经济价值的观赏鱼类。为了解该鱼的细胞遗传背景,采用胸腔注射植物血球凝集素(PHA)和秋水仙素的方法,以头肾为材料,空气干燥法制片,对美丽硬仆骨舌鱼的染色体进行了分析研究。结果表明,美丽硬仆骨舌鱼的二倍体染色体数目为50,核型公式为2n=2m+8sm+8st+32t,臂数(NF)为60。这一核型符合低等鱼类的基本特征,研究结果可为美丽硬仆骨舌鱼的种质标准和系统演化等提供基础数据。
The beautiful Scleropages formosus is an ancient ornamental fish with high economic value. In order to understand the cytogenetic background of the fish, the chromosomes of the genus Leucocephala were analyzed by means of pleural injection of phytohemagglutinin (PHA) and colchicine using the head and kidney as material and air-drying method . The results showed that the number of diploid chromosomes in the genus Leucocephala was 50 and its karyotype was 2n = 2m + 8sm + 8st + 32t with an arm number (NF) of 60. This karyotype conforms to the basic characteristics of low-grade fish, and the results provide the basic data for the germplasm standard and phylogeny of the beautiful sericulture fish.
