《黄花岗》是田汉写于1925——1926年间的一部两幕史剧,通过对参加黄花岗起义的林觉民、刘元栋、冯超骧等革命志士的刻画,赞扬了他们知其不可为而为的牺牲精神。这部剧作从构思到写作经历了四年时间,虽未完成,却又在五年的时间里四次连载。这部未完成的剧作之所以得到田汉如此偏爱,除了张扬革命志士的牺牲精神,更在于它是田汉现实人生苦闷的象征,寄托着他对舅父易象和爱妻易漱瑜的深切怀念之情。
“Huanghuagang” is a two-screen historical drama written by Tian Han between 1925 and 1926. Through praising the revolutionaries like Lin Juemin, Liu Yuandong and Feng Chaowei who participated in the Huanghuagang Uprising, they praised their sacrifices spirit. The play from conception to writing has gone through four years, though not completed, but in four years serialized in five years. The reason why this unfinished play was so favored by Tian Han was that apart from publicizing the sacrificial spirit of the revolutionary lofty people, it is also a symbol of the depraved realism in Tian Han and his deep nostalgia for his uncle Yi Xiang and his wife Yi Shushi situation.
