话题背景:一说到设计师,我们就会想到这样一幅场景:没日没夜忙于提案、绘图、深化、预算,工作永无停歇,生活似乎总在应付。随着设计年限的增长,一部分设计师开始创办设计公司,或者晋升为设计总监,之前投入在工作上的时间、精力有了回报,事业做得愈加风生水起,然而,事业冲刺阶段的超额透支,虽让设计师们积累了丰富的设计经验,但在面对全球日益开放、包容的设计格局时也不免感到用力过猛,后续发力疲乏。
