目的:观察银连颗粒的抗炎免疫作用。方法:采用醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加法,大鼠棉球肉芽肿增生法,小鼠炭粒廓清法,小鼠溶血素抗体生成法评价银连颗粒的抗炎免疫作用。结果:银连颗粒对醋酸引起小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加和对大鼠棉球肉芽肿增生具有明显的抑制作用银连颗粒可显著增强小鼠网状内皮系统吞噬功能,明显增加吞噬指数,显著提高小鼠血清溶血素水平,与空白对照组比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:银连颗粒具有明显的抗炎作用,并能提高小鼠的免疫功能。
Objective: To observe the anti-inflammatory and immunological effects of Yinlian Granules. METHODS: The effects of acetic acid-induced increase in capillary permeability of rat’s abdominal cavity, rat granulomatous proliferation, mouse charcoal dissection, and mouse hemolysin antibody production method were used to evaluate the anti-inflammation effect of Yinlian Granules. RESULTS: Yinlian Granules significantly inhibited acetic acid-induced increase in capillary permeability in rat peritoneal cavity and inhibited granulomatous proliferation of rat pilose granules. Yinlian granules could significantly enhance the phagocytic function of mouse reticuloendothelial system, and significantly increased phagocytic index. Significantly increased serum hemolysin levels in mice compared with the control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion: Yinlian Granule has obvious anti-inflammatory effect and can improve the immune function of mice.
