目的:探讨灯盏花素注射液对妊娠大鼠血清胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅱ(IGF-Ⅱ)浓度及胎鼠体质量、身长、体质量系数的影响。方法:采用放射免疫法测定对照组、灯盏花素注射液干预组、胎儿生长迟缓(FGR)组大鼠及胎鼠血清IGF-Ⅱ浓度,并记录胎鼠体质量、身长,计算体质量系数。结果:3组大鼠血清IGF-Ⅱ浓度相近;FGR组胎鼠血清IGF-Ⅱ浓度低于对照组(P<0.05),干预组IGF-Ⅱ浓度高于FGR组。胎鼠体质量、身长依次为对照组>FGR+干预组>FGR组,各组相比差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。胎鼠体质量系数对照组>FGR+干预组>FGR组,对照组与其余两组相比差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:大鼠、胎鼠血清IGF-Ⅱ可能来源不同,不通过胎盘屏障交换,母血IGF-Ⅱ对FGR无诊断意义,而胎血IGF-Ⅱ降低可能与FGR有关。灯盏花素对胎鼠生长迟缓有一定治疗预防作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of breviscapine injection on serum concentration of insulin-like growth factor-II (IGF-II), fetal body weight, body length and body mass coefficient in pregnant rats. METHODS: Radioimmunoassay was used to determine the IGF-II concentration in the control group, breviscapine injection intervention group, fetal growth retardation (FGR) group rats and fetal rat serum IGF-II. The fetal body weight and body length were recorded and the body mass coefficient was calculated. Results: Serum IGF-II levels were similar in the three groups; serum concentrations of IGF-II in the FGR group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05), and IGF-II concentrations were higher in the intervention group than in the FGR group. The fetal body mass and length were in the order of control group>FGR+intervention group>FGR group, and there was a significant difference between the groups (P<0.05). Fetal body mass coefficient control group>FGR+ intervention group>FGR group, the difference between the control group and the other two groups was significant (P<0.05). Conclusions: Serum IGF-II levels in rats and fetuses may be of different origin and do not pass through placental barrier exchange. Maternal blood IGF-II has no diagnostic value for FGR, and fetal blood IGF-II may be associated with FGR. Breviscapine has certain therapeutic and preventive effects on fetal rat growth retardation.
