雅高酒店集团近期接手圣特雷莎酒店的管理事宜，这也力证了集团的扩展政策。圣特雷莎酒店不仅拥有巴西里约热内卢备受推崇的美味餐厅，更曾是知名歌手艾米·怀恩豪斯在巴西的下榻之所。酒店将改建为巴西首家索菲特美憬阁酒店，进一步巩固雅高酒店集团在里约热内卢运营的奢华高端酒店业务。
此外，集团还将在圣特雷莎区开设巴西首家Mama Shelter（玛玛谢尔特）酒店。该酒店品牌致力于通过独特设计和个性化服务打造以生活方式为主题的酒店体验。2015年4月，雅高酒店集团收购了玛玛谢尔特品牌35%的股权。该品牌由Serge Trigano（Club Med创始人）及他的两个儿子Benjamin和Jeremie于2008年9月共同创立。目前，全球共有5家玛玛谢尔特酒店，分别位于波尔多、洛杉矶、里昂、马赛和巴黎，共有633间客房，雇员数达450人。

AccorHotels started to commercialize the Mama Shelter brand in April， 2015， when it acquired 35% of the hotel chain， co-founded by Serge Trigano （founder of Club Med） and his sons， Benjamin and Jeremie in September 2008. Mama Shelter now has five hotels （Bordeaux， Los Angeles， Lyon， Marseille and Paris）， a total of 633 rooms and 450 employees.
