要长期稳定地进行完全型人工心脏的控制和传动以及人体生理参数的监视,首先要对这种监测系统树立基本的设计思想,并且要着重考虑分析以下问题: 一、需要控制的参数的测量方法。 1.血压——要正确测量血压只能用直接式的方法,这时就要考虑到血栓、换能器的微型化遥测化、导管的影响等种种问题。 2.血流——要稳定简便地测量血流虽然可以用电磁血流量计,但是它亦存在一些缺点需要解决,如随着使用时间的延长不稳定性增加、埋植时的耐水性、电缆的断线等问题。如使用导管式血流计也存在血栓等问题。
