牙片通常用牙科专用X射线机投照。用中型X射线机照牙片有些困难:角度不易掌握,操作较麻烦,为了解决这个问题,我们学习和试用中型X射线机投照牙片,收到了满意的效果。我们的方法是用普通椅代替口腔科专用诊疗椅,用裁大片剩余的片头裁成牙片,进行投照,对于牙片的包装改进了三次,开始用黑纸,后改用口内胶皮牙片夹,最后又改用装胶片口袋的银锡纸,裁成小正方形(或3×4厘米的长方形)用背面带锡纸面包装牙片,三种包装进行对照观察,发现用带银锡纸包装牙片效果最好。它的优点是,因银锡纸具有一定的增感作用,所以对比度,清晰度都比前二种好,口内唾液不易浸湿牙片的优点。
