在中国改革开放的伟大历程中有着里程碑意义的1992年过去了。在过去的一年里,由于得到广大读者的关怀,得到众多作者的支持,《科技导报》在密切关注、评介世界科技、经济、社会、文化发展格局动向方面,在积极探讨中国现代化进程中各类综合性问题、参与推动中国改革开放的大业中,也作出了自己的努力和奉献。这种努力和奉献尽管十分微薄、十分有限,但还是引起社会各层面的关注和反响。我刊在1992年全国优秀科技期刊评比中为参评的读者和各级专家评委所不弃,被评为一等奖。这次评比是由国家科委、中共中央宣传部和
