一、时间观念、效益观念是每个领导者必备的领导素质。体现在办公会议上,就是要准时出席会议,议题集中,发言有侧重,到时间散会,从总体上控制开会时间。不要把办公会议当作是例行公事而走过场,或者把当作处理事务的场所,发言没有边际,想到哪里说到哪里,或者被元关紧要的发言占据了太多的时间,到头来为了解决问题又匆匆决策,草草了事,影响决策质量。每一位领导者走进会议室,想说什么、能说什么、只说什么都要自我控制,人人都为节省时间、提高效率尽一份责。相同意见不要重复。与会者并非事事、时时都要发言。
