高技术产业是衡量一个区域核心竞争力与发展潜力的决定性因素。本文通过区位熵、产业扩张弹性等分别对浙江高技术产业的专业化程度、产业发展趋势扥进行了分析和测算,结果表明浙江省高技术产业在保持良好发展的同时,还存在R&D投入强度偏低、自主创新能力薄弱、产业层次偏低、与发达省份差距明显等若干问题,并就此提出相关对策建议。
High-tech industries are the decisive factor in determining a region’s core competitiveness and development potential. In this paper, the degree of specialization and industrial development trend of high-tech industries in Zhejiang are analyzed and calculated respectively by means of location entropy and industrial expansion elasticity. The results show that while the high-tech industries in Zhejiang Province maintain good development, Low, weak capacity of independent innovation, low level of industry, and obvious gaps between developed provinces and other issues, and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
