针对中小制造型企业(SMPEs)产能决策问题,研究基于复杂需求环境和产品合格率随机的产能优化问题,构建两周期生产条件下的需求均不确定且相互独立和产品合格率随机情况下的利润模型,以利润最大化为目标,通过计算推导得出该模型存在最优产能的可行解。研究表明该生产条件下产能与总利润存在先增后降的关系,且得出第二周期中产品合格率越低,则最大润越小,最优生产产能越大。
Aiming at the problems of SMPEs production capacity decision-making, this paper studies the problem of capacity optimization based on the complex demand environment and the product qualification rate stochastically. The demand under the two-period production conditions are both uncertain and independent and the product pass rate is random The model, with the goal of maximizing profit, derives the feasible solution of optimal capacity of this model through calculation. The results show that there is a relationship between production capacity and total profit first increasing and then decreasing under the condition of production, and the lower the product qualification rate in the second cycle, the smaller the maximum profit and the larger the optimal production capacity.
