人物档案侯增谦,1961年出生,1988年毕业于中国地质大学(北京),获博士学位。现任地质研究所所长、党委书记,国家973项目首席科学家,国际矿床地质学会(SGA)副主席。他坚持科技立所、人才强所,主导科研规划和人才培养,使地质所在科技创新能力、业务建设和人才队伍建设等方面取得突破性进展,同时抓党的建设和精神文明建设,使地质所从中央国家机关文明单位进入到首都文明单位行列。
