某水利枢纽投入运行后消力池出现异常渗漏。通过各种技术手段,对渗漏原因进行分析,判定为结构缝出现渗漏。采用对铜止水以上40cm结构缝面灌注水溶性聚氨酯LW和HW进行止水处理,并对有渗漏部位的排水槽进行水泥灌浆填充处理。处理后经过2个汛期的运行,廊道内排水槽及排水管已无渗漏现象。证明处理效果良好,达到预期目的。
Abnormal leakage occurs in the stilling pool after a certain water control project is put into operation. Through a variety of technical means, the reasons for leakage analysis, judged as leakage occurred structural joints. Water-soluble polyurethane LW and HW were infiltrated into the 40cm structure above the copper water stop, and the grouting treatment was carried out on the grout with drainage holes in the leaking part. After the operation after 2 flood season operation, corridor drain and drainage pipes have no leakage phenomenon. Prove the treatment effect is good, achieve the anticipated goal.
