为精确分析大体积混凝土结构温度应力分布,引入成熟度等效龄期的概念,采用数值仿真方法对大体积混凝土材料特性进行研究。在归纳总结国内外基于等效龄期成熟度力学参数计算模型的基础上,建立了考虑自身温度和温度历程的混凝土力学特性计算流程。同时,采用有限单元法,推导了基于等效龄期温度应力有限元计算控制方程,并编写相应的计算程序。针对一简单算例,分别进行温度场、温度应力计算,并将计算结果与传统方法进行比较分析。研究结果表明,基于等效龄期的混凝土温度应力分析方法更加合理精确。
In order to accurately analyze the temperature stress distribution of mass concrete structures, the concept of maturity equivalence age is introduced, and the numerical simulation method is used to study the material properties of mass concrete. On the basis of summarizing the calculation models of mechanics parameters based on maturity of equivalent age at home and abroad, the calculation flow of concrete mechanical properties considering self temperature and temperature history is established. At the same time, the finite element method is used to calculate the control equations based on temperature stress of equivalent age and the corresponding calculation program is compiled. For a simple example, the temperature field and the temperature stress are respectively calculated, and the calculated results are compared with the traditional methods. The results show that the equivalent temperature-based concrete temperature stress analysis method is more reasonable and accurate.
