目的:建立从番茄红素中检测是否添加苏丹红并测定其含量的方法。方法:运用紫外四阶导数法在无水乙醇中直接测定样品,条件为Δλ=40;振幅=10000;扫描速度:slow;扫描波长:200~600nm。结果:当苏丹红浓度在2.5~15μg·mL-1时,其四阶导数光谱在251nm处有明显负峰,且此波长处的振幅(A251)与浓度呈良好的线性关系。加样回收率和精密度均得到满意结果。结论:本文建立了一种直接检测番茄红素产品中掺有的苏丹红的方法,运用导数光谱消除了番茄红素对苏丹红的影响,方法简单,快速,易于推广、普及。
Objective: To establish a method for detecting whether Sudan is added in lycopene and measuring its content. Methods: The samples were directly determined by UV fourth derivative method in anhydrous ethanol under the following conditions: Δλ = 40; amplitude = 10000; scanning speed: slow; scanning wavelength: 200-600 nm. Results: When the Sudan concentration was 2.5 ~ 15μg · mL-1, the fourth-order derivative spectrum had a negative peak at 251nm, and the amplitude (A251) at this wavelength showed a good linear relationship with the concentration. Sample recovery and precision are satisfactory results. Conclusion: This article established a direct detection Lycopene product incorporation of Sudan, the use of derivative spectroscopy to eliminate lycopene on Sudan red, the method is simple, fast, easy to promote and popularize.
