我县电大从诞生到现在已经度过了八个春秋。八年来,在社会各界的热情关怀和大力扶植下,依靠广大园丁的艰苦创业和辛勤耕耘,从无到有,从小到大,逐步发展,先后开设了文、理、工、经等各种专业21个,毕业336名学员,为全县各条战线培养、输送了一大批人才。目前在校生614名。兴办电大,缓解了我县人才匮乏的困难,填补了急需的管理、技术人才的缺口,在促进干部的知识化、专业化,在我县两个文明的建设上发挥了一定的作用。广播电视教育具有很多优势,在办学指导思想上,它坚持面向建设和改革,根据当地急需培养人才;在办学形式上,坚持学历教育与非学历教育并举,统开专业与自开专业结合;在教学的手段上,采用现代化的输送手段,多种媒体结合,进行远距离、大范围开
