Objective: In order to study the relationship between blood lipids and cerebrovascular disease. Methods: The blood levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein (HDL), low density lipoprotein (LDL), apolipoprotein-A1 Apolipoprotein-B (APO-B) levels were measured and compared with 100 age, sex, matched non-cerebrovascular disease control patients. Results: The levels of TC, TG, LDL and APO-B in cerebral infarction group were significantly higher than those in cerebral hemorrhage group and non-cerebrovascular disease group. The levels of TC in APO-A and HDL group were significantly lower than those in control group In the brain to make the dead group. Conclusion: The dyslipidemia is closely related to cerebrovascular disease, and there are differences in the abnormal lipid components between cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction.
