如何提高岗位培训的教学质量

我们哈尔滨锅炉厂已由国家二级企业跨入一级企业的行列。为提高全员素质,不断提高岗位培训的教学质量,我们主要抓了: 一、提高对岗位培训重要性的认识。主要解决三个方面的问题。首先是要解决基层单位领导的认识问题,避免甩包袱和将闲置不用或老弱病残人员打发到学校去培训的现象发生,或者一看生产任务忙了,就下死令不许学员上课等等,这就势必会影响培训质量。其次就是要解决教师的思想认识,因为职工高校主要是进行学历教育,现在又增加了岗位培训,这就需要教师转变一下观念,给岗位培训班授课也要和给学历班授课一样负责任。只有这样,才能保证教学质量的提高。第三就是要提高学员对岗位培训的认识,使学员消除临时观点和为完成任务而学习的思想。二、狠抓组织保证,建立由人劳处、职大和归口单位三位一体的组织保证体系。岗位培训是一项复杂的系统工程,它牵扯到各个方面、各部门,因此就必须要在组织上给与保证。这是提高培训质量的强有力措施之一。劳人处是负责干部 Our boiler plant in Harbin has entered the ranks of first-level enterprises by state-level secondary enterprises.
