一、办学宗旨和培养目标:通过对党员进行系统的马克思主义基本理论的教育,提高学员的表质,造就一批能够坚持四项基本原则,坚持改革开放,适应社会主义现代化建设需要的人才。二、招收对象:凡具有高中文化水平和同等学力能够接受刊授自学的人,均可报名参加学习。欢迎刊授党校第一、二届马克思主义理论班学员继续学习新增设的课程。三、学制和课程设置:学习期限为2年(1990年1月至1991年12月)。设置12门课程:马克思主义哲学、政治经济学、科学社会主义、中共党史、党的建设、思想政治工作学、社会主义经济管理、行政学、中国近代史、法学、当代国际政治和干部应用写作。同时,还将开设党的基本路线和形势任务、方针政策等内容的讲座。四、教材和学习方法:(1)各科教材和学习辅导材料均由中央党校有关研室教授、副教授编写。教材和辅导材料,均在《刊授党校》杂志上刊登,由校部按照教学进度,定期向学员寄发。(2)学员以刊授自学为主,辅以面授辅导。在学员自学的基础上、由学区、分学区、分校分别聘请各级党校和大专院校教师就地进行面授辅导或答疑。并由校部聘请中央党校主讲教师进行一次指导期末总复习的辅导,制成录音磁带,发给各学区使用。(3)贯彻理论联系实际的教学方针,坚持学用结合,着重掌握马克思主义的立场、观点和方法,提高分析和解决实际问题的能力。五、考试与毕业:在12门课程中,前8门为考试课,后4门为考查课,考试课采取闭卷考试形式进行,考查课采取开卷考试形式进行(第一、二届学员,已经学过并经过考试及格的课程可以免试)。凡经考试和考查,全部课程成绩及格者,达到本专业大专水平,发给本校毕业证书俱供学员所在地区、用人单位在考核、任用、
