M7150型平面磨床磨头主轴的润滑是双联齿轮泵进行强迫循环,为了保证磨头主轴在充分供应润滑油的情况下启动,借助于水银开关作为主轴有程序启动的联锁装置。但在使用过程中,往往发现油泵启动后,磨头转了一段时间,便有大量泡沫进入水银开关浮子室,虽然此时齿轮泵对磨头主轴前后轴承供油正常,但因泡沫比浮子轻,大量泡沫浮到浮子上面而把浮子下压,致使水银开关发生误动作,从而使磨头停转。因考虑到供油是进到磨头主轴前后轴承腔内的,而回油是从轴承腔溢出后,再由齿轮泵抽出来。如果没有泡沫的影响,当有足够的油在循环时,浮子就会浮起来,而泡沫把浮子压下去只是产生误动作。
