改革开放以来,我国的社会生产力有了很大提高,综合国力有了明显的增强,人民生活水平有了显著的改善。这无不与坚定地贯彻社会主义按劳分配有着密切的关系。经济体制改革,严重地冲击长期以来个人收入分配中的平均主义大锅饭顽症。与此同进,社会分配不公又成了人们议论的热点。如何做好新形势下的个人收入分配工作,关系到亿万劳动者的切身利益,已成为当前急需解决的重要课题。
Since the reform and opening up, China’s social productive forces have greatly improved, comprehensive national strength has been significantly enhanced, and people’s living standards have been significantly improved. All this is closely linked with the firm implementation of the socialist system of distribution according to work. The reform of the economic system has seriously affected the egalitarianism in long-run personal income distribution. With this progress, unfair social distribution has become a hot topic of discussion. How to do a good job of personal income distribution in the new situation and the vital interests of hundreds of millions of workers has become an important issue urgently needed to be solved.
