自动废石车是用来丢弃选矿厂粗选工段的大块废石的。一年多的生产表明,它的性能良好,运行可靠,实现了废石运卸自动化,每天可节约劳动力6个,同时保障了废石的及时排出,消除了过去因废石运输而影响生产的问题。这是我矿选矿厂广大工人自力更生大搞技术革新所取得的成果之一。自动废石车的结构原理如图1所示,它由单弓架给电2.8瓩直流电动机,再由直流电机传动变速箱,经中间齿轮,使废石车以1米/分的速度在轨道上运行。当废石车装满废石运行至倒矿端时,车上开关把手碰复位曲轨下部而被迫打开,使车斗翻转倒矿,经过6～8秒钟延
