我矿在推广吊罐法掘进天井的过程中,遇到了装岩机不足的困难。我们坚持以路线为纲,依靠广大工人,大搞技术革新,试验成功漏斗式吊罐天井,解决了装岩机不足和出碴安全的问题,而且提高了出碴效率。根据2个天井的实际资料,每班2~3次循环,作业21个班,总进尺52.6米,平均班进尺2.5米,掌子面平均工班效率1号井0.35米/工班,2号井0.62米/工班。(一)结构形式漏斗式吊罐天井由棚盖、金属翻板、吊杆无腿漏斗三部分组成(图1)。漏斗用来放碴,漏斗上面的金属翻板使罐能够上下通过。金属翻板用4毫米铁板制成,上面焊5根钢轨来加固。
