中国水利学会勘测专业委员会主持召开的“全国病险水利工程研究与治理专题学术研讨会”于1989年11月22～25日在福州举行。到会代表有部直属勘测设计院,长江水利委员会,治淮委员会,松辽水利委员会,以及22个省(区)设计院和有关大专院校等45个单位,58位专家、学者和青年水利科技工作者。会议共收到论文78篇。在会上交流论文20篇,放映了工程
China Water Conservancy Society Survey Professional Committee presided over the “National Diseases Research and Management of Water Conservancy Symposium on special topics” in November 1989 from 22 to 25 held in Fuzhou. To represent the Ministry of Investigation and Design Institute directly under the Ministry of the Yangtze River Water Resources Commission, Huai River Committee, Songliao Water Resources Commission, as well as 22 provinces (autonomous regions) Design Institute and relevant institutions, 45 units, 58 experts, scholars and young water Scientists.
