采用免疫组织化学方法,观察突触素在21例不同年龄正常人心传 导系统中的分布及其随年龄的变化。结果发现:①突触素主要位于肌纤维表面 及血管周围,其分布以窦房结最多,房室结次之,房室束及左束支最少;②心传导 系统中的突触素含量在40岁以前极为丰富,70岁以后明显减少。本研究为进 一步观察心性碎死者心传导系统中突触素的变化提供了实验基础。
Immunohistochemistry was used to observe the distribution of synaptophysin in 21 cases of normal human heart conduction system of different ages and its change with age. The results showed that: (1) Synaptophysin is mainly located on the surface of the muscle fiber and the perivascular area. The distribution of synaptophysin is the most in the sinus node, followed by the atrioventricular node, and the least in the atrioventricular bundle and left bundle branch. The content of synaptophysin Before the age of extremely rich, significantly reduced after the age of 70. This study provides the experimental basis for further observing the changes of synaptophysin in the cardiac conduction system of heart-broken people.
