性格的影响力不仅涉及个人一生的成就,更关系到下一代的成长。在“FPA性格色彩学”中我们推崇“因色施教”。了解孩子的性格,并善用走进红蓝黄绿的世界,会发现每种性格色彩的优势和局限之间存在一对应的关系,比如:红色因感性而缺乏逻辑,黄色因目标而缺乏人情,蓝色因严谨而刻板乏味,绿色因知足而缺乏进取。它帮助父母更客观地了解自己的孩子,欣赏孩子与生俱来的潜能,而不是用完美的标准去苛求孩子。
