配筋混凝土砌块砌体结构是一种新型结构体系,是由承受竖向和水平作用的配筋砌体剪力墙和混凝土楼屋盖所组成的房屋建筑结构,是融砌体性能和钢筋混凝土剪力墙性能为一体的结构。介绍的配筋清水混凝土砌块砌体结构工程实例不仅延承了普通的配筋砌块砌体结构体系,而且在此基础上有所创新。外墙采用清水混凝土砌块,块型尺寸为90mm×190mm×390mm,带30mm深凹槽,组砌方式为上下对扣砌筑,这是配筋清水混凝土砌块砌体施工技术新特点之一;内墙采用普通配筋砌块,块型尺寸为190mm×190mm×390mm,带60mm深凹槽,组砌方式为反砌。
