This paper presents a clinicopathological analysis of cervical lymph node metastases in 204 cases of thyroid cancer, and discusses its metastatic patterns and related factors to improve the diagnosis and treatment of this disease. l Materials and Methods The subjects of the study were 204 patients with thyroid cancer treated in our hospital from 1980 to 1991.
