目前临床常用的抗癌药物达40种之多,尽管某些肿瘤可经化学治疗而获治愈,但不能令人满意的是,最常见的、多发的实体瘤对药物选择性较差。各种类型的肿瘤对每种药物有着不同的敏感性,表现不同的疗效。因此,如何提高筛选质量,增加筛选工作的可靠性和预见性,减少盲目性,给临床医生提供用药依据,是肿瘤治疗中的重要课题。近年来,抗癌药物敏感实验方法的研究有较大的进展。目前虽然未能找到比较完美的实验方法。但是这些方法在基础和临床研究中,已展示出很好的前景。

Although some tumors may be cured by chemotherapy, it is unsatisfactory that the most common multiple solid tumors have poor drug selectivity.
