本文总结了120例口腔颌面部海绵状血管瘤接受激光手术患者。提出了海绵状血管瘤的三个亚型分类：纤维血管型、网状静脉型和窦腔型。不同亚型选择不同的激光手术方式，随访期6月～5年，疗效显著，复发率低。临床结果表明：海绵状血管瘤的亚型分类对其临床治疗具有一定的积极作用。
This article summarizes 120 patients who underwent laser surgery for cavernous hemangioma of the oral and maxillofacial region. Three subtypes of cavernous hemangiomas were classified: fibrovascular, reticular vein, and sinusoidal. Different subtypes were selected for different laser surgery. The follow-up period was 6 months to 5 years. The curative effect was significant and the recurrence rate was low. Clinical results show that the classification of subtypes of cavernous hemangioma has a certain positive effect on its clinical treatment.
