烟叶蛋白在自然界中极为重要而且含量丰富,其中包含烟叶可溶蛋白和烟叶不溶蛋白两种蛋白质。烟叶蛋白的营养价值类似于牛奶蛋白,可以作为一种优质的食品来源。同时,由于烟叶产量高、基因易被操纵、对食物链没有污染,用烟叶生产重组蛋白具有非常大的优势,它们将继续作为疾病诊断、预防或治疗的主要重组蛋白而被使用。本文对烟叶蛋白的研究现状以及用烟叶生产重组蛋白进行了概括介绍。
Tobacco leaf protein in nature is extremely important and rich in content, including tobacco soluble protein and tobacco insoluble protein two proteins. The nutritional value of leaf protein is similar to milk protein, which can be used as a good source of food. In the meantime, because of the high yield of tobacco leaves, genes are easily manipulated and the food chain is not contaminated. The production of recombinant proteins from tobacco leaves is of great advantage and will continue to be used as the main recombinant protein for disease diagnosis, prevention or treatment. In this paper, the research status of tobacco leaf protein and the production of recombinant protein with tobacco are briefly introduced.
