疏水性聚合物膜的亲水性改性是当前分离膜研究的热点之一。改进常用的聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)亲水性改性方法,提出前处理与后处理相结合的改性方法,即通过调整PTFE粉料配方制备出复合微孔膜,复合微孔膜经表面处理改性引入羟基(—OH),从而制备出具有持久稳定亲水性PTFE微孔膜。采用接触角测试判断微孔膜的亲水性能,使用扫描电镜(SEM)分析观察复合膜改性前后的形貌变化。结果表明:通过该方法制备的PTFE微孔膜具有良好的亲水性,且亲水性能较稳定。
Hydrophilic modification of hydrophobic polymer membranes is one of the hot topics in the current research of separation membranes. Improve the commonly used method of hydrophilic modification of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), put forward the combination of pretreatment and post-treatment method of modification, that is prepared by adjusting the PTFE powder composite microporous membrane, composite microporous membrane through the surface The modified hydroxyl groups (-OH) were treated to produce long-lasting hydrophilic microporous PTFE membranes. The contact angle test was used to judge the hydrophilic property of the microporous membrane. The morphological changes of the composite membrane before and after the modification were observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that the PTFE microporous membrane prepared by the method has good hydrophilicity and relatively stable hydrophilic property.
