This report is based on a case study for three Non government organizations committing themselves in environmental protection in different types .The auther describes these organizations’ dimensions and dissimilar organizing modes and points out that the NGOs has a kind of organizing framework like a concentric circle,and this kind of framework is very different with the government and the enterprise.The paper also analyses why the NGOs has a very high level performance.Finally,the author makes a evaluation and comparison for these NGOs’ financial condition.
