Objective: To understand the research progress of fructose. Methods: The literature review was conducted to review the overview of pharmacology and clinical research of foreign fructose in recent years. Results: Fructose is easily absorbed and has a wide range of effects. Conclusion : Fructose preparations should be developed for the benefit of humans
