体育课内外“一体化”教学就是一个发展方向；所谓体育课内外“一体化”教学就是体育教学中的选项，选修课的教学内容在体育俱乐部中重新出现。它是一种在老师指导下学生自己选择运动项目的新型的课外锻炼形式。彻底改变了过去课外体育活动的“三无”现象（无人辅导、无人管理、无运动器材），形成了课内外一条龙服务的新格局。学生既提高了运动成绩，同时也培养了自己的锻炼热情，为今后走向社会打下了良好的基础。
The “integration” teaching inside and outside physical education class is a developing direction. The so-called “integrated” teaching inside and outside physical education class is an option in physical education. The teaching content of the elective course reappears in the sports club. It is a new form of extra-curricular exercise where students choose their own sport under the guidance of a teacher. It has completely changed the phenomenon of “three noes” in the past extracurricular sports activities (no-one guidance, unmanned management, no sports equipment) and formed a new pattern of one-stop service in and out of class. Students not only improve the performance of sports, but also cultivate their own enthusiasm for training for the future to lay a good foundation for society.
