师者,传道授业解惑,这是古人对教师职业最为中肯的评价,而现今这种评价却被贴上了种种“标签”。但通过访谈、交流,不少老教师觉得在教育生涯中,最大感受是浑浑噩噩上了几十年的课,一切都是备课、上课、改作业……冗长、单调、乏味。究其原因,是制度缺失,还是热情欠佳,笔者认为,教研活力的增强,需要顶层到基层,决策层到执行层,科研部门到教者首先在教学观念上进行转变。一、教者:从“参与者”转向“参研者”
Teachers, preaching preach doubts, this is the ancients most appraisal of the teacher occupation, and now this evaluation has been labeled a variety of “label.” However, through interviews and exchanges, many old teachers think that in their educational career, the greatest feeling is that they have been dehumanizing classes for decades. Everything is lesson preparation, classwork and homework ... long, monotonous and boring.
