武陵山片区是扶贫攻坚重点贫困区,高职贫困生贫困程度深,贫困面广,武陵山片区高职学院利用假期组织学生实习,建立贫困地区学生勤工俭学精准扶贫资助新模式,以此能减轻贫困学生家庭经济负担,安定学生学习,可以培养学生的实践技能和综合素质,提升学生的竞争力,可以促进贫困地区高职教育可持续发展,服务地方经济。但是我们在组织学生实习的实际操作层面也存在一些问题,需要我们探讨研究来完善这种新模式。
The Wuling Mountain Area is the key poverty-stricken area for poverty alleviation. The poverty-stricken students in higher vocational schools are deep in poverty and have a wide range of poverty. The Wuling Mountain Area High Vocational College uses students to practice internships during holidays, and establishes a new mode of accurate poverty alleviation assistance for students in work-study in poor areas so as to alleviate poverty Students’ economic burden on the family and the stability of students’ learning can cultivate students’ practical skills and overall quality, enhance the competitiveness of students, promote the sustainable development of higher vocational education in poverty-stricken areas and serve the local economy. However, there are some problems in the practical operation of organizing student internships, and we need to explore and research to perfect this new model.
