图书馆权利是指在信息源—图书馆—信息受众的信息资源流动过程中三方权利的制衡关系。图书馆权利包括信息源权利、图书馆自身权利、受众权利三部分内容。权利冲突集中体现在受众接受信息和接受服务的两个过程中。通过对图书馆权利冲突的内涵外延、问题实质、产生原因及解决办法的分析,揭示图书馆权利冲突的特殊性、复杂性和多角度性,从而思考如何真正解决图书馆各方权利冲突的问题,以期为图书馆事业打造一个真正的自由空间。
Library rights refers to the balance between the three parties’ rights in the flow of information resources of information sources, libraries and information audiences. Library rights include information source right, library own right and audience right. Conflicts of rights are concentrated in the two processes of receiving information and receiving services. Through the analysis of the connotation and extension of the library’s rights conflict, the essence of the problem, the causes and solutions, the article reveals the particularity, complexity and multi-angle of the conflicts of library rights, so as to think about how to really solve the conflicts of rights among all the libraries , With a view to creating a real free space for the library.
