课堂教学是多因素组合的整体,是以教学的联系为纲,以学生的学思活动为轴线,去实现一定目标的动态过程。因此,要提高课堂教学质量,就要整体设计教学过程,使各种因素优化组合。巴班斯基认为,教学过程最优化,就是选择可能适应教学过程具体情况的最佳方案。笔者从事中学校长工作多年,就教育教学实践从师生关系、教学目标、教学方法等影响课堂教学质量的主要因素入手,谈几点肤浅的看法。一、优化师生关系
Classroom teaching is a multi-factor combination of the whole, is the teaching of contact as the key link to the student learning thinking activities as the axis, to achieve a certain goal of the dynamic process.
