6月18日,覆盖北京、上海、广州、重庆、大连、厦门等12个城市,面向国际国内的中国联通 IP 电话试验网正式开通。中国联通是国家指定的三大 IP 电话服务试点电信运营商之一,该公司IP 电话项目从招标安装到正式开通仅仅用了3个月的时间,建网速度之快实属罕见。联通在网络骨干采用了 Cisco7000系列路由器,语音网关和关守分别使用了电信级的Cisco 5300和 Cisco3600系列产品。
June 18, covering Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chongqing, Dalian, Xiamen and other 12 cities for domestic and international China Unicom IP phone trial network was officially opened. China Unicom is one of the three designated national IP telephony service pilot telecom operators. The IP telephony project of the company took only 3 months from the time of bidding installation to the official launch. It is rare for the speed of establishing a network. Unicom in the network backbone using Cisco7000 series routers, voice gateways and gatekeepers have used the carrier-class Cisco 5300 and Cisco3600 series.
