建筑工程质量是能够对投入到建筑工程的各个环节和项目中的所有人力物力等资源的盈亏起到保障作用的重要条件。当前我国面临的建筑工程质量管理情况是部分优秀建筑企业的管理水平较高,但总体水平并不高且存在发展不平衡的问题,因此有待改进和提高。本文就这一现状及其未来发展趋势进行探讨,力求提高质量管理水平以达到相关规定的要求。
