当前,各行各业对人才的考评机制中,都将品德考核放在了首位,学校是人才培养的摇篮,德语教育必须放在课程教学的重中之重,中职学校是直接为社会输送人才的基地,德育教育课作为学生必修的公共课,是对学生进行德育教育和考核评定的主要载体,因此,搞好中职学校德育教育的研究很有必要。本文立足改革创新精神和素质教育的实际需要,针对传统的教学实践中教师反应的德育教育的难点,进行了一系列分析研究,提出了改善教学方法,强化中职学校德育教育质量的办法措施。
