Objective: To study the effect of hyperoxic liquid on wound healing in rabbits and to explore its therapeutic mechanism. Methods: Twelve rabbits were randomly divided into high oxygen group (H group) and normal saline group (S group), with 6 rabbits in each group. The wound healing of rabbits was observed. The rate of wound healing was calculated. The wounds were made on the 4th and 7th day after the model was made for light microscopy and the content of Hyp was detected. Results: On the 4th and 7th day after wound formation, the healing rate of wounds in group H was significantly better than that in group S (P <0.05). Histological observation H group than the S group can significantly promote wound granulation tissue growth, promote fibroblast proliferation and capillary proliferation, increase collagen fiber content. H group compared with S group can significantly improve the wound granulation tissue Hyp content, there was a significant difference (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion: Hyperoxic liquid can promote wound healing in rabbits and has certain clinical value.
