学校管理是一门艺术,一校之长要学会三种思考:当前思考——稳固的立校基石;超前思考——面向未来的策略和必然选择;换位思考——学校持续发展的不竭动力。只有这样,才能真正办好一所学校,成为一个合格的校长。
School management is an art, the length of a school to learn three kinds of thinking: the current thinking - the foundation of a solid foundation; ahead of thinking - future-oriented strategies and inevitable choices; empathy - continuous development of schools inexhaustible power. Only in this way can we really run a school and become a qualified principal.
