在股份制企业中,思想政治工作如何找到自己的正确位置,建立适应自己实际的思想政治工作模式,是股份制企业中急需解决的重大而敏感的问题。社会客观存在决定社会意识,正确的社会意识又能动地作用于社会存在。由于股份制企业产权清晰、权责明确,客观上增强了职工对企业财产的关切度。这种关切度的思想观念是以职工的主人翁地位和价值取向为基础的。股份制企业资产的组合,企业法人财产的形成,企业内部监督机制和约束机制的增强,带来了职工思想观念的变化;思想观念的变化,又为建立适应股份制企业的思想政治工作方法体系奠定了基础。在此基础上,传统的思想政治工作已经与股份制企业引起职工思想变化的情况相互脱节,只有依据实际,确立新的思想政治工作新思路,股份制企业的思想政治工作才能落到实处、推动和保证股份制企业朝着健康的方向发展。
In the joint-stock enterprises, how to find the right place for the ideological and political work and establish the ideological and political work mode that adapts to the actual situation is a major and sensitive issue urgently needed to be solved in the joint-stock enterprises. Social objective existence determines social consciousness, and correct social consciousness can act on social existence. As the joint-stock enterprises have clear property rights and clear rights and responsibilities, objectively, they have increased the employees’ concern about the property of the enterprise. The idea of this level of concern is based on the employee’s status and value orientation. The combination of the assets of joint-stock enterprises, the formation of the corporate legal person’s assets, the enhancement of the internal supervision mechanism and the restraint mechanism of the joint-stock enterprises bring about the changes in the ideological concepts of staff and workers. The changes of ideological concepts have laid the foundation for establishing a system of ideological and political workmanship that is suitable for joint- basis. On this basis, the traditional ideological and political work has been disjointed with the situation that the joint-stock enterprises cause changes in the staff and workers’ minds. Only by establishing a new new ideological and political work based on the actual conditions, the ideological and political work of the joint-stock enterprises can be implemented in a down-to-earth manner, Joint-stock enterprises towards a healthy direction.
