笔者多年担任农村初中班主任,深知班主任工作繁杂,困难重重,这里就在工作中遇到的困难和应对策略与广大同仁分享。一、班主任常见工作的几大难点现如今各级教育行政部门都非常注重学生的德育工作,但由于受到市场经济和社会上各种不良因素的影响,学生的思想存在极大的差异,给班主任工作带来了相当大的困难,尤其是在农村,留守儿童大量增加,班主任工作更是难上加难。
