为了研究不锈钢基PbO2电极对纸浆的漂白效果,该文以不锈钢为基体,通过电沉积法制备出高催化性能的PbO2电极,并以所制备的电极作阳极,应用于三倍体毛白杨化学浆的漂白。同时,对比研究了以不锈钢作阳极时的漂白效果。结果表明:相同的电化学处理条件下,PbO2为阳极时,纸浆的白度、木素脱除率比不锈钢阳极稍低,但其脱木素选择性明显高于不锈钢阳极,有利于纤维素及半纤维素的保护。这表明,不锈钢基PbO2电极在漂白过程中,具有较好的催化性能、较高的脱木素选择性。
In order to study the bleaching effect of stainless steel based PbO2 electrode on pulp, a stainless steel substrate was used to prepare a PbO2 electrode with high catalytic performance by electrodeposition. The prepared electrode was used as an anode and applied to triploid Populus tomentosa bleach. At the same time, the bleaching effect of stainless steel as an anode was compared. The results showed that when PbO2 was used as anode, the whiteness and lignin removal rate of pulp were slightly lower than that of stainless steel anode under the same electrochemical treatment conditions, but the delignification selectivity was obviously higher than that of stainless steel anode, which was in favor of cellulose and Hemicellulose protection. This shows that the stainless steel-based PbO2 electrode has better catalytic performance and higher delignification selectivity during bleaching.
