一、问题的提出 在车床上加工大直径的端面时,当主轴转速不变的情况下,随着刀具的横向送进,切削速度不断减小,从而影响表面加工质量和生产率。在航空发动机厂中,加工高温合金的涡轮盘时,情况尤为突出。急需对现有车床加以改造,使主轴转速随横向送进而变化,保持切削线速度基本不变。而且当切削负载变化的时候,切削速度波动尽可能小,即机械特性较硬,使加工质量得以保证,生产率提高。 我们利用微机的数据处理功能强、工作可靠及价廉等优点,采用TP-801单板机实现了车削恒定线速度控制,满足了生产的需要,而且操纵、调整也大为简便。
